guide.
All you need is your smartphone and about 20 minutes. We'll show you step by step how to open your own trading account, choose your strategy, and set your personal risk settings.
Open your trading account
Create your personal trading account with PU Prime in just a few minutes. Our sign-up link automatically assigns your account to RithmIQ.
- Select your country.
- Enter your first name, your email address, and a password (8–16 characters).
- Tick both boxes and click "Create account".
- Leave the "Referral code" field blank. The assignment happens automatically via our sign-up link.
So that your account can be assigned to RithmIQ, please use our sign-up link only. Already have a PU Prime account? Then contact us so we can check whether it can be assigned retroactively.
Provide your personal details
In the next step, you enter your personal details. Make sure all information is complete and correct and matches your ID document. This way you avoid unnecessary delays during the identity check later on.
- Enter your first and last name exactly as on your ID.
- Provide your gender and date of birth.
- Enter your phone number.
- Select your country of main residence and your nationality.
Even small typos in your name or date of birth can cause your identity check to be delayed or rejected.
Configure the account correctly
In this step, you set up your trading account for automatically copying our strategies. Make sure to apply the following settings exactly so you can use RithmIQ without any problems later on.
- Trading Platform: Select "Popular-Copy Trading".
- Account Type: Select "Standard".
- Account currency: Select EUR, USD, or CHF.
- Nickname: You can leave this blank.
Please make absolutely sure that you create a copy trading account. With a MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account, you can't copy our strategies via the copy trading feature described here.
Verify your identity
To use your trading account fully, you need to confirm your identity. PU Prime uses the verification service Sumsub for this. Have your ID card or passport ready. Verification usually takes just a few minutes.
- Click "Start verification" to begin the identity check.
- Review your personal details and confirm them.
- Take a photo of your ID card or passport and then take the required selfie.
Make sure your photos are well lit, sharp, and complete. Avoid reflections on your ID document. As soon as your identity has been confirmed, the message "Your profile has been verified" appears.
Activate 100% deposit bonus
After successful verification, you can claim the PU Prime deposit bonus. To do so, open the "Promotions" section in your dashboard and activate the corresponding bonus promotion before you make your first deposit.
- In the dashboard, open the "Promotions" section (gift icon).
- Select the "Get Up to $10,000 Deposit Bonus" promotion.
- 100% bonus: On your first qualifying deposit, you receive a bonus of up to $1,000.
- 20% bonus: On further qualifying deposits, you can receive an additional bonus of up to $9,000 – up to $10,000 in total.
Be sure to activate the deposit bonus before your first deposit. Activating it afterwards is usually not possible. Once activated, the bonus promotion is valid for 365 days according to the stated conditions.
The deposit bonus is not a directly withdrawable balance. PU Prime's respective terms of participation apply.
Top up your trading balance
Once your trading account is verified and the deposit bonus is activated, you can deposit your desired starting capital.
To do so, open the "Deposit" section in the PU Prime dashboard and choose the deposit method that suits you best.
- SEPA transfer (EUR): Funds are usually credited within 1–2 business days.
- Visa / Mastercard: Deposits are mostly credited instantly.
- Skrill / Neteller: Fast deposit, usually credited instantly.
- Cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH): Funds are credited after the required network confirmations.
Choose your strategy
Once you've funded your trading account, you can choose the RithmIQ strategies you want and connect them to your account.
To do this, download the PU Prime app and log in with your existing credentials. You'll find our available trading strategies via the search function.
- Download the app: Search for "PU Prime" in the App Store or Google Play and install the app.
- Log in: Log in with your existing credentials and enable push notifications.
- Search for the strategy: Open the "Discover" section and enter the name of the RithmIQ strategy you want in the search field.
- Select the strategy: Open the corresponding strategy page and click "Copy" at the bottom.
You can use one or more of our automated trading strategies at the same time. You'll find which strategies are currently available on our performance page. There you can view the past trading results, the maximum drawdown, and the verified Myfxbook track records of each strategy.
Set risk and drawdown
In the last step, you decide how much capital you want to invest with the selected strategy and how much risk you're willing to take.
You can adjust your settings at any time later. Once everything is set up, click "Submit" to send your copy request.
- Copy mode: Be sure to select "Equivalent margin used".
- Investment: Enter the amount you want to invest in the selected strategy. This field must not be left blank.
- Margin multiplier : This is where you set the risk factor with which trades are copied. With 1×, you use the intended copy logic. A higher multiplier increases your potential profits and losses accordingly.
- Stop loss in % : Set the percentage loss at which copying should stop automatically. You can leave the take profit field blank so that your strategy isn't automatically disconnected when a profit target is reached.
As soon as you've sent your copy request, please contact our support briefly. We'll then check whether your request was received correctly and your account was connected successfully.
Your copy request is usually confirmed promptly. If no manual approval takes place, the request is automatically approved after 72 hours at the latest.
